Booking
I specialize in portraiture, editorial, and commercial photography as well as travel and documentary-style videos. Contact me to discuss your project, request a quote, or book a session.
Deposits
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every booking.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you forfeit your initial deposit. You will be required to pay an additional $200 non-refundable deposit to book a new session date.
- Refund Exception: Deposits will only be refunded if the photographer cancels the session for unforeseen circumstances.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment: Zelle, Venmo, and Debit/Credit Cards.
Pricing and Balances
All listed prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance for your booking must be paid in full before or immediately after your session concludes.
- Image Delivery: No images or videos will be delivered to the client until the entire balance owed has been paid in full.
- Late Arrivals: Full payment for the scheduled session time is still required even if you arrive late.
File Delivery and Storage
Final images and videos will be delivered digitally to you via Dropbox.
- Download Window: You will have one month (30 days) from the delivery date to download your files.
- File Deletion & Responsibility: After this one-month window, the shared folder will be permanently deleted. The photographer is not responsible for any loss of files or failure to download the content within the specified timeframe.
COPYRIGHT AND REPRODUCTIONS
The Photographer shall retain copyright ownership of all works created during photo/video sessions, including but not limited to all images in their original and processed formats. It is understood that any duplication or alteration of original images is strictly prohibited {Copyright Law Title 17, Appendix V. Additional Provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act 2005, Section 102} without the written permission of the Photographer. Alterations include, but are not limited to, application of filters, cropping, or modifications of any kind.
